All vendors must sign and agreement for the vend.
Counterfeit items, new or used, are not allowed on the premises. Vendors found to have counterfeit items will have to forfeit their space immediately and indefinitely. Selling counterfeit items is punishable by state and federal law and anyone engaging in the sale of such items may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
The sale of counterfeit or knock-off goods (counterfeiting is criminally and civilly punishable under state and federal law by up to 10 years of imprisonment and $2,000,000 in fines) is strictly prohibited. Should vendor be caught selling these goods vendor will allow market management or investigators with market management oversight to search the stand and any storage containers, facilities, or vehicles used by the Vendor on Market’s property for additional counterfeit goods and is requested to surrender those goods.
Prepared foods are not permitted at any time.
Illegal items and live animals are prohibited from being sold.
All vendors must take their trash with them at the end of the day.
Indoor vending space must not have any type of ceiling or roof. The space above must be open and unobstructed from any covering.
Vendors are not allowed to construct without the permission of management.
Aisles must be kept clear of any items.
Extension cords are prohibited from the premises. If power is to be used a UL listed surge protector must be utilized.
All electronics are to be unplugged at the end of each day.
Vendors are prohibited from parking in the fire lane.
Indoor vending space is required to be open from 9am to 4pm.
Indoor vending space is required to be open every week. We do not allow vendors to open at will.
