OUTDOOR SPACE:

Outdoor vendor area is open year round from 7am-4:30pm. Spaces are $30 per day. Reservations are not required. You are able to park your regular sized vehicle with your space. Please supply your own tables if needed. Arrive no later than 7-7:30am. Approximately 20×20 feet. 

Many vendors have their yard sale at the Salem Flea Market for a larger audience.

We welcome most products but EXCLUDE ALL COUNTERFEIT / illegal items, livestock and stolen items along with Alcohol and Tobacco.We do not all the sale of drinks and or prepared foods. If you  have any counterfeit items for sale you will have to forfeit your space immediately and indefinitely. No exceptions.

Please stop at the entrance booth to be directed to your space.

INDOOR SPACE:

Inside space is by reservation only and required to be open both Saturday and Sunday. Electricity is provided and vendors are able to secure their items in the building all week. We do offer day rentals inside also when available so please visit the Flea Market office located inside the building during business hours, email or call (603) 893 8888

We reserve the right to remove a vendor from the premises if counterfeit items are being sold.

All vendors are required to sign an  agreement that will be presented at time of rental. 

The sale of counterfeit or knock-off goods (counterfeiting is criminally and civilly punishable under state and federal law by up to 10 years of imprisonment and $2,000,000 in fines) is strictly prohibited.  Should vendor be caught selling these goods vendor will allow market management or investigators with market management oversight to search the stand and any storage containers, facilities, or vehicles used by the Vendor on Market’s property for additional counterfeit goods and is requested to surrender those goods.
